HoopClips Privacy Policy

Last updated: May 23, 2026

Overview

HoopClips is an AI-assisted basketball video tool for upload, clip review, AI Edit, and highlight workflows. This policy explains the marketing website and beta contact flow. Product-specific policies may be updated before wider app release.

Information You Provide

If you join the beta or contact us, we may collect your name, email, role, team name, and message. We use this information to respond, manage beta interest, and improve the product.

Video And Product Data

HoopClips is built for basketball video workflows, including review, export, and beta cloud editing features. Do not upload footage unless you have the right to use and share it. For any data deletion request, email charliehan112@gmail.com with enough detail to identify the request.

Website Hosting And Forms

This site may use third-party services such as GitHub Pages for hosting, Formspree for beta/contact form submissions, and Atrak.dev for the web demo. Product beta features may also use cloud hosting, storage, app distribution, purchase, analytics, or AI services as HoopClips develops. These services may process technical logs, form details, usage information, or product data needed to run the site, demo, and beta workflows.

Beta And Third-Party Services

HoopClips is in an early beta stage. Cloud AI Edit and rendering are gated while launch checks are completed. Product behavior, storage, processing, and service providers may change as the app improves. We will keep public privacy information practical and updated as the product moves toward broader release.
